This post which includes a video shows how I create two Christmas decorations to hand on your Christmas tree. I created these cards for the Christmas Craft Creations December 2023 challenge which has a theme of Glitter & Sparkle.

I spritzed a watercolour paper panel with water and put it into Spellbinders Notched Corner Florals 3D Embossing Folder (E3D-067). I leave the embossed watercolour panel to dry in the embossing folder so it dries straight, and not warped.

I lightly apply Altenew Enchanted Gold Pigment Ink onto the embossed panel by cathcing the raised areas of the embossed panel, sprinkled some clear embossing powder, and melt embossing powder with a heat tool. Then I die cut the ornament from Spellbinders Small Die of the Month, Nov ‘21 (Stitched Curved Border & Ornaments) with gold glitter card (Concord & 9th Neutrals Glitter Paper Pack) and red glitter card (Altenew Brilliant Red Glitter Cardstock Set).

The sentiments are die cut from Spellbinders Small Die of the Month, Oct ‘22 (Outlined Christmas Sentiments) using gold glitter card (Concord & 9th Neutrals Glitter Paper Pack) and black card (Simon Says Stamp Cardstock 100lb Black) for the shadow of the sentiment.
